The crypto and blockchain space today is brimming with events, meetups, and conferences. While most of them aim at creating value for the organizers, ProSeed is breaking free from such stereotypes and creating an ecosystem that is mutually beneficial for all.
Hosting the ProSeed Asia Roadshow in four Asian countries, the team is dedicating the platform to unite promising projects with relevant and interested investors. The keywords here are ‘relevant’ and ‘interested.’ Attending the events in this space, there are thousands of investment funds but projects fail to reach out to the ones that might matter for them.
Similarly, even though investors are always on the lookout for good projects, they find it difficult to find projects that match the needs of their portfolio. There is an obvious gap. To bridge this gap, ProSeed has designed a unique matchmaking system for connecting the two stakeholders.
“After becoming a part of several conferences in various capacities, we noticed that none of the two stakeholders- the projects or the investors were really satisfied,” shared one of the core team members at ProSeed.
“All we want to do is create something truly meaningful for the community given how young the industry is.”
With all the efforts that have been put to help funds evaluate and discover some of the most interesting projects, many investors, private equity holders, family offices, and HNIs have joined hands with this series of meetups. Centicorn Ventures, Protege Ventures, and Hera Capital are some of the partnering funds.
The series begins in Singapore on 20th June, to be followed by Hong Kong on 25th July, and Seoul on 29th August. The fourth stop has been kept under wraps and will be disclosed with a special announcement in the coming weeks. Despite all the upcoming blockchain events, this one seems to be creating a buzz in the ecosystem.
